This family-owned business is one of the best sushi restaurants in the city as the readers of Fort Worth Texas Magazine chose them as the “Visitors canBest Japanese Restaurant” in 2008, 2009,2010, 2011, and the “Best New Restaurant” in Fort Worth for 2017. They build their own bento boxes in the surroundings, which is very much welcoming. Completing 25 years, they are proud to be the family’s choice. Many parents introduce sushi to their kids here. “Tokyo,” as the locals call this place, was started in 1997 by Jarry Ho’s parents. Jarry and Mary Kha have established the restaurant as what it is today. It has become a regular spot to have a fine dine in the Cultural District Fort Worth. Unfortunately, in 2014, a horrible fire closed this excellent spot for two years. But the people never forget them, and “Tokyo ” came back stronger. Thanks to the dedicated chefs and owners.
