He named the restaurant after his little granddaughter “Lilly Liu.” It’s one of the public’s favorite restaurants in Fort Worth. Not falling in love with their sushi varieties is a sin. They even have excellent dishes for vegetarians which melt in your like heaven.

Cozy and quiet on a Friday night, and the most wondrous thing of all was that every single staff member was smiling and seemed cheerful. I received quick service, the presentation was lovely, and the food was simply fantastic—no words to describe it. The ambiance of the whole place is very peaceful. This family-owned business is one of the best sushi restaurants in the city as the readers of Fort Worth Texas Magazine chose them as the “Visitors canBest Japanese Restaurant” in 2008, 2009,2010, 2011, and the “Best New Restaurant” in Fort Worth for 2017. They build their own bento boxes in the surroundings, which is very much welcoming. Completing 25 years, they are proud to be the family’s choice. Many parents introduce sushi to their kids here. “Tokyo,” as the locals call this place, was started in 1997 by Jarry Ho’s parents. Jarry and Mary Kha have established the restaurant as what it is today. It has become a regular spot to have a fine dine in the Cultural District Fort Worth. Unfortunately, in 2014, a horrible fire closed this excellent spot for two years. But the people never forget them, and “Tokyo ” came back stronger. Thanks to the dedicated chefs and owners.
